THE BODY FLOW WORKSHOP

In this mini workshop, I will teach you a BODY FLOW, which is a series of bodyweight movements performed in a fluid flow.
But first, you will learn mobility movements for the whole body. Then I will teach you the bodyweight exercise which we will combine into a flow. The workshop finishes with a good stretching session for all muscles in your body.

THE MOBILITY WORKSHOP

Do you feel like your body is not moving well. You are stiff, tight and have aches and pains. Even injuries?

In this mini workshop, I will teach mobility movements for the whole body. We will get into every single joint, restoring the range of motion and stretching all the muscles around them. 

You will restore your body into its factory settings, moving with ease, strength, freedom and joy!

THE STRONG SURFER WORKSHOP

Do you want to take your surfing to the next level> Surf better, faster and with no injuries? In this workshop, I will teach you how to bulletproof your body against injuries with mobility movements. You will learn surf specific strength movements, a body flow and finish off with some rad stretches.

Suitable for surfers of all skills and abilities, from a wannabe surfer to the seasoned shredder..
