This is here the magic happens. Mobility flows are the step above from mobility movements. You will learn how to effortlessly transition from movement to movement (maybe not completely effortlessly at the beginning and that's ok :).
Mobility flows are a wonderful way to add a component of gentle strength training and little cardio (still packaged into a short doable session).
