I see you beautiful woman
You are busy, short on time, juggling lots and amidst all of it, you are getting unmistakable signs that your body is changing.
Some days you have no energy and motivation, your body often aches, you have put on a bit of weight, perhaps you lost strength and you feel stiff and tight in places.

You know moving will be great for you but you are confused what type of exercise to do. The idea of going to the gym filled with beefcakes checking you out frankly fills you with dread.

I have your back. I used to pump weights in the gym but I quickly realised this made me exhausted, sore for days and constantly injured. I discovered that the missing piece was MOBILITY and functional strength -
and you can too!
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Jana
Fitness & movement coach, certified TACFIT instructor and mobility alchemist, and I want to help you live the life of your wildest dreams!
See, my body has endured 3 pregnancies, 17 years of motherhood, a divorce, a midlife crisis, self-discovery, career change, and entrepreneurship. And the glue that kept me together through it all was exercise: exercise that was just right in intensity to suit the state my body was in.
This is why women seek me out. I know what it's like to live in a body that has been through a lot and what it feels like to go through tough stuff.
My clients experience...
what it feels like to unleash the true power of their miraculous bodies
the confidence to fulfil life-long dreams like learning adventurous sports
moving with freedom, pain free and being active without the fear of injuries
going through their days with limitless energy
becoming UNSTOPPABLE and living their lives to the fullest!
