Day 4: Knee Pain

The knee is a victim, not a culprit. We’ll go upstream to fix the real issues and give your knees the support they’ve been missing.

Day 5: Shoulder Pain

​

Avoid frozen shoulder and restore confidence in every lift, golf swing or swim session
Your upper body deserves better care than painkillers and painful injections. This session rebuilds strength, restores range of motion and teaches you how to protect shoulders from injury.

Day 6: Arthritis and Osteoporosis

Yes, you can move without pain, even with arthritis
Whether it’s stiffness, nerve pain, or a scary diagnosis, this session shows you how you need to build strength and mobility to move well with arthritis.

Day 7: Surprise Session

You’ve done the groundwork. This is your next chapter and a demonstration of where you can take your mobility training to build strong resilient joints and muscles to support any movement.
