I started doing Jana's mobility routines when I realized I was approaching 40 and wanted to move with more ease and increase my fitness. Jana's coaching style is gentle and I love that she focuses on getting movements right and building on it.

Mobility worked out all my issues with my spine and neck and helped immensely with areas like my knees, wrists and hips.

I am learning to surf and the demands of the sport were taking a toll on my spine and neck.  I was at the point where I thought I would have to forgo the sport. 

HOW WILL THE WORKSHOP WORK?

The workshop will be live on Zoom on Tuesday 15th April at 11am NZT, 9am AUST which is Monday 14th April 3pm PST or 6pm EST in the Northern hemisphere. 

 

If you missed the workshop live, there will be a replay. Please note that the replay will only be available only for 1 week until the 21st April. Once you rgister, you will receive an email with the link to watch the replay.

There will be a mix of theory where I answer all the questions I mentioned above and practical mobility training so you can walk away with routines that will immediately help you remove stiffness, improve your movement and eliminate pain. Mobility training can give you results in as little as 2 days 👇
