I also got back into a routine of training most mornings. I could feel the transformation in my flexibility and mobility as the moves became easier, and I could see I was getting more toned....and this motivated me to keep on going.

When it comes to longevity, many people live into their 70s and even 80s. but are they living a
happy and healthy life?
There is a big difference between:
A. Having adventures with your grandchildren, enjoying your favourite sport and living independently in your own home.
versus
B. You being frail, suffering from pains and injuries, wheelchair bound, residing in assisted living and feeling depressed.
Because when it comes to longevity, there are 2 things to consider:
your LIFESPAN and your HEALTHSPAN.

There are 7 areas of your physical fitness that will indicate how well you will age.
These are:

Having all 7 will prevent the physical decline most older people experience. This decline almost always comes with falls, fractures, injuries and eventually the loss of independence.
Mobility training is the perfect antidote to the aches and pains that we tend to take for granted as a natural and acceptable part of ageing.
I found mobility training to be wonderfully challenging and enriching. I cannot recommend Jana more highly. You won't be disappointed!
