Each day, for 7 days, you will DO a short mobility video.
The mobility routines will only take between 5-15 minutes and are suitable for any level of skill or ability (and stiffness :).
I will be coaching lots of versions of each movement so even if you haven't touched your toes in years, you will be able to do the routines!
WHAT'S ON THE AGENDA?
NECK
This training is all about the neck and perfect for you if:

DAY ONE
DAY TWO
SHOULDERS
This training is all about the shoulders and perfect for you if:

You have aches and pain in the shoulders​

You have limited range of motion in your shoulders and would like to make it better

You have (or had) injuries in the shoulders and you would like to avoid injuries because you use your shoulders for your sport/activity
UPPER BACK
This training is all about the upper back & shoulder blades
