A little about me ...

Hi, I'm Jana 

A FITNESS & MOVEMENT COACH, CERTIFIED TACFIT INSTRUCTOR. STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH AND A MOBILITY ALCHEMIST

and I want to help you live the life of your wildest dreams!

See my body has gone through 3 pregnancies, 17 years of motherhood, a divorce, a complete midlife crisis, a journey of self-discovery, change of career and entrepreneurship.

 

And the glue that kept me together through it all was exercise. But exercise that was just right in intensity to suit the state my body was in. 

And this is why women seek me out, I know what it is like to live in a body that has been through a lot and what it feels like to go through tough stuff. My clients and I experience:

  • what it feels like to unleash the true power of our miraculous bodies

  • the confidence to fulfil life-long dreams like learning adventurous sports

  • moving with freedom, pain free and being active without the fear of injuries

  • going through our day with limitless energy

essentially becoming UNSTOPPABLE and living our lives to the fullest!
