Tacfit is a precise fitness system designed to make you fitter, stronger, leaner and more agile. Increase your functional power, stamins, endurance and agility and remove aches and pains by restoring joint mobility.
20 minutes of safely intense , circuit based exercise preceded by specific warm-up and followed by compensatory cool down/stretching.
Maximum of eight people per class.
Tacfit Mobility classes are designed to get you moving better, diminish pains and aches, restoring the full range of motion in your joints, defy the ageing process, pre-rehabilitating your body to prevent injuries, and to rehabiliatte after or during injuries. These classes are also ideal to supplement your other training to prepare your body to work optimally.
45 minutes of mobility, activation, flows and stretching.
Maximum of 10 people per class.
